#planksgiving day six (podcasts)

I started listening to podcasts when I starting riding my bike long distances.  Sometimes when I’m riding the struggle bus (that’s when it’s a really difficult or hot ride) it helps to have something to distract myself and that thing for me has become podcasts.  I enjoy Joe Rogan’s podcast very much, but each episode is pretty long — like three hours.  So, whether driving into the city, riding my bike or running, there’s always time to listen to a good podcast.  There are so many to choose from!!   If you don’t listen to podcasts, I invite you to check them out and find one that interests you!
