Day 10

Each day, each lesson and each workout you are working toward a better, healthier and more confident you. Each day you end a stronger, more confident human being, ready to tackle anything that life throws at you.

As you dig deeper mentally, you should be maxing out every single time. If you are not finishing harder and pushing yourself, you will start to fall behind. Mental transformation is equally, if not more important than the physical transformation. Stay the course.


Day 10 Challenge

  • Think about one time in your life when you needed to change lanes. Write down how many times you changed those lanes.
  • What was the struggle that made you push yourself to finish harder and move forward in that moment?.
  • What is a time you did not meet your goals?  As a result, what happened?
